FW 0229	25.7.2019; rework of gate blocking, fix time stamp overwrite with next event
		 extra sysclk filter implemented, max +-0.1% sysclk deviation.
FW 0230	Hardware ID corrected, improved VME-constraints
FW 0240  (18.9.2020) main Fiffo clocked with 80MHz. Faster MBLT (55 MBytes with MVLC)
FW 0241  minor changes: some new hardware test registers, reduced collision problems when resetted and initiasied without wait time.
